AGRISOUL Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Return
- The product is damaged, defective, or expired at the time of delivery.
- The product received is different from what was ordered.
- The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
- Perishable or time-sensitive agricultural inputs unless defective.
- Customized services or digital content once delivered.
Return Process
- Contact our support team at info@agrisoul.in within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order ID, reason for return, and photo evidence (if applicable).
- Our team will verify the claim and arrange a pickup or guide you on how to return the item.
Refund Policy
- After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7β10 business days.
- For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.
- Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled. However, you can request a return after delivery as per our return policy.
